01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hay baje ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the website located at hay-baje.club. By accessing or using the hay baje platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

hay baje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform's notification system or by email to your registered address. 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hay baje platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform, all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hay baje is strictly an 18+ platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or association for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or intermediary for any third party in placing bets on this platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of hay baje or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from hay baje or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion or operator-exclusion arrangement.
• Your account funds originate from legitimate, lawful sources and you are not using the platform to launder money or conduct financial fraud.

Age Verification

hay baje conducts age verification at the point of registration and may conduct further verification checks at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include a National ID Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification confirming your date of birth. Until verification is complete, hay baje may restrict account functionality including withdrawals.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of hay baje services, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hay baje login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hay baje will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hay baje immediately via the live chat support function.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the hay baje platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, hay baje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be forfeited in full.

Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to hay baje at registration and during any subsequent verification process is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age restriction, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure along with forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

hay baje facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally supported payment methods. All transactions are subject to the conditions set out in this section. hay baje does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted Payment Methods

hay baje currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Conditions

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• hay baje reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including proof of source of funds, prior to releasing payment.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms before they become withdrawable.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game sessions conducted via hay baje are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until hay baje's system returns a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. hay baje reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to exploit a pricing error, bets placed after an event has commenced without in-play markets being declared open, or bets from accounts under investigation.

Pricing Errors

In the event that hay baje offers odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, hay baje reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Notification of any such voiding will be provided via the account notification system. Systematic exploitation of pricing errors constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Abandoned and Postponed Events

For sports markets, if an event is abandoned before the minimum period of play required under sport-specific rules, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will stand. If rescheduled outside 48 hours, bets will be void unless hay baje communicates otherwise for a specific competition.

Casino and Crash Game Rules

All casino games offered on hay baje — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games such as Monster Crash — operate on certified random number generator (RNG) or live-feed mechanics provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game results are final once the round is completed and displayed. Technical malfunctions (disconnections, server errors) occurring mid-round will result in the relevant round being voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Account Suspension & Closure

hay baje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The following circumstances may result in suspension or closure, without prior notice where urgency requires it:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Confirmed or suspected underage access.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to the account.
• Sustained abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at hay baje staff or other players.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions in breach of the relevant terms.
• Use of prohibited betting software or engagement in arbitrage or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your hay baje account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method within 10 business days, subject to applicable identity verification requirements.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or operator-initiated — all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome (or voided if the account was closed for cause), all bonus balances will be cancelled, and access to the hay baje platform will be revoked. Closed accounts may not be reopened without the express written consent of hay baje, and only where the original reason for closure has been satisfactorily resolved.
